Degrees divide a full circle into 360 equal parts, while radians are based on the radius of the circle. One full rotation is 360 degrees or 2π radians (approximately 6.283 radians). Radians are the standard unit of angular measure in mathematics and physics.

Two angles are complementary if they add up to 90 degrees. To find the complementary angle of a given angle, simply subtract the angle from 90°. For example, the complementary angle of 35° is 55° (90° – 35°).

Two angles are supplementary if they add up to 180 degrees. To find the supplementary angle, subtract the given angle from 180°. For example, the supplementary angle of 120° is 60° (180° – 120°).

A gradian (or gon) is a unit of angle measurement where a full circle is divided into 400 equal parts. Therefore, a right angle is 100 gradians. It is sometimes used in surveying and engineering because it simplifies calculations involving right angles.
